Language files are not applied.
What is happening?
Language files are not applied.
I tried to interpret and apply the language file in Korean to fit my server.
However, the modified language file did not apply and the existing Korean file was damaged as follows.
Do you have any way to solve it? If you wish, I can provide you with my own translated files.

I'm not exactly sure what the issue is for "not applying the modified file" and it's hard for me to verify as you didn't provide the requested log or config files.
If you have issues with the default translation then please test if this happens with the latest translations from the localization branch too, they might contain fixes the old release doesn't.
Also if in your screenshot it's the client not displaying certain Korean symbols then that's something Mojang would need to fix. If it's not actually missing symbols then the file encoding might be wrong, make sure it's UTF8 and that your server is started with UTF8 support.
