Problem when selling items

I realize that the plugin version is outdated, if I download the other version and restart the server, do i have to erase any info?

The player can't sell items in any shop, the shop owner have money

Other players can sell perfectly fine, the issue is just with this particular player
Does the player actually have an account with your economy plugin? It's only possible for that to fail if the economy plugin doesn't accept the transaction, you'll have to check that.

Yes, she does have an account.. This issue happend only to her.. She have an cracked account, but other players with cracked account doesn't have this issue
I'm not sure what you mean by "cracked account", do you mean that your server runs in offline mode? If so then you will have to make sure that their names use the exact same spelling (upper/lowercase) and generated UUID in your Economy plugin, ChestShop users.db as well as your Minecraft player files.
My server runs offline mode. 2 of my players boght premium account and they have changed the uuid, now their names are :0 and they cant sell any item at chestshop.
Is there a way to use a command that cleans a especific uuid so they don't have any issues with their accounts?
On the econnomy plugin their accounts are with the same uuid that essentials or minecraft.net
Well if they have a different UUID then they will be considered as completely different players. No idea how you managed to get both, offline and online mode UUIDs on the server at the same time but that case is definitely not supported by ChestShop. Use one or the other but not both...
