Describe the solution you'd like

A handy addition would have /cstoggle to persist over logouts and server reboots. If people have farms with lots of chest shops, it can be a bit tedious/annoying having to type the command every time they log in. Maybe you could write the cstoggle information to a file and store it with the uuid of the executor of the command or something like that.
