Add ability to get extra money when selling like discounts

Adding the reverse of the discount module (selling at higher rates) would be a nice addition. Config and functionality could be the same as the discount module just with the transaction type inverted.

Adicionar o reverso do módulo de desconto (vender a taxas mais altas) seria uma boa adição. A configuração e a funcionalidade podem ser iguais ao módulo de desconto, apenas com o tipo de transação invertido.
