Unlimited grenades

I equip and use the grenade. But somehow it doesn't disappear from inventory, thus you unequip the grenade equip it again, and there you go you can throw it as long as you want.

Any solve for this bug ?

Which grenades are you using?

I think he is talking about normal hl2 grenade. The problem is that, with a fast repetition what means equipping and un-equipping a grenade item, someone get be an unlimited grenade generating grenadier.
