It's the known issues caused by Android Killer itself and Windows Defender's detection strategy.
This program is made by legend_brother and published to 52pojie and pd521 in 2014 ~ 2015. Maybe there were some security issues left behind when it was developed, so it was identified as a virus.
The detection strategy of Windows Defender is too strict for software reverse engineering tools. It's recommended to use Kaspersky or 火绒 instead of Windows Defender.
