Theme Options: II

Just an opinion that's all :)

Cherry options are bit confusing to me, theme adds many different options and not sure if the all of them are useful. One of the main issues I see is an extreme load and options not responding as fast as they should. Users are very picky, they want stuff done fast.

Other things like Info Panel and "Get Value" button doesn't do anything. Stepper is to technical. Dev UI part in general is not particularly valuable.

Optimization is either what plugin would do, or simply Grunt and automate what's needed. Take a look at this file please.

I would highly recommend going with Customizer instead.

Cherry3.1 version has all the options in customizer. But with version four its only on theme options menu. It would be better to go with customizer
