Removing XML dependencies

First of all, thank you very much for your effort and for making this code public. It has helped me quite a bit to develop a project to sync the colours of Corsair and Gigabyte components.

I am wondering if you aware of the Set_CS_Effect function in the Comm_LED_Fun class? It looks like it's possible to change the colours of all connected gigabyte component with this function. You don't need to load the ExtPro.xml/Pro.xml either. So the code becomes quite simple overall. I am pretty sure you have a reason not to use it, I am just curious to understand why.
