Fix asynch documentation in README

The documentation on the asynchronous timing was inconsistent.

This change doesn't change any behaviour, it just fixes an error in the README for asynchronous plugins. In a previous change the text was changed from "minutes" to "seconds", but the example wasn't adjusted accordingly.
