checkmk new txt mapping for PS redundancy lost

Some DELL HW doesn't show correct state for PSU(s), but PS Redundancy is always correctly recognized.

With this mapping at least the plugin raise an alert if "PS Redundancy" sensor shows "Redundancy Lost"
