Add a severity "IGNORED" in the report / in the BOM per ressource

Today, when we ignore a query on a particular ressource, it's not easy to get a list of what query is ignored.

I would like to get easily a BOM with the query ignored of each ressources.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Add tags in the AWS ressource to get them with the CLI (but it works only with AWS)
