X button in full screen does not work on far top right corner with windows scaling

Describe your issue

When chatterino is in fullscreen (or even the reply window), moving your mouse to the far top right corner of the pc screen should be able to close the window with a click (as it does for chrome for example).

It seems to work on 100 % windows scaling, but does not on 125 % nor on 150 % scale.

Can only replicate when mouse is on the very top pixel, moving the mouse down 1 pixel allows the button to be clicked.

neither very top of the window works (for any of the buttons (close, max, min, account), nor the very right (for the x button) - so you need to move on both axes

Could you try the artifacts from https://github.com/Chatterino/chatterino2/pull/4868? It has some fixes for the issue felanbird linked.
