Add show tabs with live channels toggle to tab area context menu

Describe your issue

Currently the only way to show tabs with live channels only is using the default hotkey Ctrl+Shift+L There should be a toggle in the tab area context menu or in the settings

Tab visibility is an option in the settings, just below tab layout. The setting was introduced in #4358 which also added that hotkey.

I agree it should also be added to the context menu since I also found it not being present confusing.
