Chatterino window always resets

Describe your issue

I have 2 monitors and I always use chatterino on the left as my main monitor is the one i use in front of me while the 2nd one is on the left, the problem is there are many programs games etc. that when open fullscreen cannot be minimized to show my desktop without pressing Windows + D or the line on the taskbar, so when that happens everything minimizes, which is ok but the problem is when chatterino is maximized back it goes back to the main monitor, it simply won't remember which monitor it was on or the position on the screen it was on

Hello I tried the fix including changing it for all users and then restart chatterino but it did not work
