Changing the diplay of the /me command

This has been inactive discussions for 21 days now, so I'm moving it here.

Twitch has changed how the /me command is displayed in the Web Chat. To be consistent with Twitch I would recommand to implement this in Chatterino 2 aswell, but with the option of user choice. I think a good example of this is how FFZ has implemented it:

A valid input from @leon-richardt was that not everbody has a font installed that supports italic style.
