Highlights for specific channels.
What should be added? Highlights for specific channels.
Why should it be added? I wan't a specific emote to be highlighted, but it get's spammed a lot in some other channels.

I think this duplicates #2354 (But can stay open, as having an open issue feels okay and discussion might be a separate thing along it).

For a chatter that is also a streamer it is useful to see the highlights subscribers and first-time messages in their own channel, but it's then confusing to get notified for these events in other people's chats.

Use filters (flags.sub_message || flags.first_message)
That message still looks highlighted though.
I think for the time being the best solution is using 2 different portable installations of Chatterino, one for the streamer and their own chat, the other for the chats that the streamer participates in as a viewer.
Another usecase for this, is if im a mod and want "@mods" to ping me in a certain chat, but don't want to get pinged in chats where im not a mod. Right now i have a highlight without ping sound + a filter on my mentions tab, but would be nice to be able to have ping sound enabled!
Has any progress been done for this?
No, many peoples use case was satisfied by the filter system
The filter system can only be somewhat of a workaround if there's a way to make a highlight to "trigger only on filtered chat". But at the moment it makes no difference if you filter a chat or not -- the highlight will trigger on the raw chat, no matter what the filters are set to. Being able to select highlights per split (exactly like filters per split) would be a fantastic addition to the usability and usefulness of the highlight system.
