Implement Mobile Zoom and Drag

To make chatmosphere work in mobile, touch events need to be added to the drag system. Shouldn't be too hard. Still there is bandwidth (all streams are currently delivered even when they're not on the screen) & battery drain (might be jitsi / rtc, if and what can be done there needs further investigation)
