Add Background Sounds (Bar, Coffee, Campfire)

Idea from a user group - not sure if I'm really into it but somehow the Bar sounds are funny. Leaving it here as doc, currently no prio

For hard of hearing people adding this kind of noise is a big problem. If you do that, it should be disabled as default. Or with a easy to see way how to disable it.
