Pan & Drag prevent window movement on System Scale of Browser Window

Describe the bug If on Mac you scale your window via window zoom (not Browser scale) you can't move that window anymore because chatmosphere captures pan and drag. Only way out is to click cmd + 0 to reset viewport

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to chatmosphere
2. cmd + option + double tap on ui element
3. Try to drag window
4. See error

Expected behavior I guess it should be possible to drag the window (instead of canvas) in this case
