[Bug] 聊天记录的快捷复制按钮自动隐藏无法点击

Bug Description

当快捷菜单靠近聊天框边缘时，聊天记录中的快捷菜单栏会自动隐藏。菜单栏与聊天边框之间空间较大时不会出现问题。

Steps to Reproduce

Docker部署，V2.11.3

1. 对话两次以上，保证能滚动聊天框
2. 将其中一次AI的回复滚动至聊天框边缘，也就是AI的头像靠近聊天框边缘
3. 尝试点击快捷菜单中的“复制”功能

菜单栏不会隐藏
