[Feature Request]: Use global shortcut to continue a chat | 全局快捷键唤醒聊天

Problem Description

桌面端目前似乎只能手动切换窗口，并且切换到窗口后，光标丢失，需要手动激活一下，操作不太流畅。

Solution Description

提供类似Everything中的【显示窗口】的快捷键设置功能，按下快捷键后窗口打开并激活当前聊天的输入框，立即可以输入文字

试用了一下AI0x0，是闭源的，并且它快捷键调用的是它自己的Chat窗口（目前已经改为使用LobeChat） 我认为NextChat还是需要一个自己的唤醒快捷键

I tried AI0x0, which is closed source, and its shortcut keys call its own Chat window (currently it has been changed to use LobeChat) I think NextChat still needs its own wake-up shortcut key
