描述问题 本地部署后，无法使用第三方的API接口，使用时报错，报错内容如下

如何复现 正常使用docker安装，按照官方给的教程安装，在配置docker run时配置第三方接口https://api.v3.c0m和apikey运行容器后 截图

目前临时解决办法：打开设置，勾选自定义接口，输入第三方地址，才能解决报错的情况
