[Bug] 启用流式传输后Gemini Pro模型输出的结果可能会包含重复内容

描述问题 在启用了对Gemini Pro流式传输的支持后(https://github.com/ChatGPTNextWeb/ChatGPT-Next-Web/pull/3688) ，Gemini的回答有一定几率出现重复内容，比对请求的返回结果可以发现，有一部分内容丢失了，有一部分发生了重复。

to be honest it's not perfect using json decoder for streaming just wait google ai update support text-stream then can use fetch stream like a gpt by @Yidadaa because right now it's not supported when using fetch stream for text stream (it's keep receive response a json)

如果这么设置，无法正常使用，报 404 错误。 必须不设置 GOOGLE_URL，只填GOOGLE_API_KEY 才能正常用。关键我看了默认 url 就是我设置的这个，我认为这也是一个 bug。
