[Bug] Webdav 同步失败

Describe the bug 利用Koofr提供的Webdav服务做同步。提示成功，但是登录到Koofr没有新增任何文件。 前几个版本是正常的，最后同步成功的时间是13天前。

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 点击 设置
2. 点击 同步
3. 提示 同步成功

Expected behavior 期望正常的同步成功备份文件

看了一下vercel的log，是404，因为我之前将同步的文件夹整个删掉了。理论上，不存在应该先创建，再同步。 Create的这个请求只创建了文件夹，backup.json没有创建成功。

保存一份配置 -> 还原配置 -> 生成一个新的webdav key -> 导入配置 -> 同步

保存一份配置 -> 还原配置 -> 生成一个新的webdav key -> 导入配置 -> 同步

这个试过了，至少在 v2.11.3 无效
