[Feature] Add GitHub Issues Translator

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When searching issues in this repository, there are several valuable threads on the topics I'm interested in; however, many are in Chinese.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Magically make me know how to speak Chinese
  • (Or, more practically, add GitHub Issues Translator to the repo to translate messages sent in Chinese to English).

Describe alternatives you've considered I currently paste entire threads into GPT or Google Translate to get the English version.

Additional context I understand there are spam tradeoffs / "what about English ➡️ Chinese??"

My intent here is to float this as an option that I think would:

  1. Be valuable to English users and developers wanting to self-unblock or contribute
  2. Be valuable to the repo in avoiding additional duplicates when a Chinese thread already answers users' questions

I totally agree, a great open source project should be international! or at lest should be international friendly.
