Can you help me in any way to integrate this with vitamio? So you can send a sort of pipe as ffmpeg is a copy of the video output in vitamio for dlna. Anything helps, I'm lost. Thank you for your attention.

I think you can just replace the VideoView in the sample project to the VideoView of Vitamio. I remember that dlna can only support MPEG2 MPEG-1, MPEG-4, AVC, WMV9, so it may be have no effect when playing live stream.
