Pre-built pyd file for different PC ???

@CharlesShang Hello, I had tried to build the DCNv2 pyd file in my PC and then use it in another PC but it didnt work. The error: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found ... always occurs.

Can you give me some advises to cope with this problem ?
