Restrict Controls to Host

Only allow host to control the video. Combine with (#104) to provide a more intuitive experience for users.

Other members in the room should only be able to watch with the host / add videos

This would be great. I frequently have problems with rooms of 5-10 people where there is frequent playing/pausing from people not realizing the controls affect everyone.
