Weekly repeat events occur a day early

When setting a weekly repeat event (e.g. on Wednesdays), the repeat event is place a day early (e.g. Tuesdays) and won't appear at all on Saturdays.

I have the same issue, with the exception. Repeated event starts on indicated starting date, does not appear on Saturdays at all, but appears on Sundays, despite not checking the Sunday check box, and ends a day earlier.

Same issue here with mxCalendar 1.1.9-pl and MODX Revolution 2.2.7-pl (traditional). Weekly repeated events appear a day early. For the moment my workaround is to instead repeat the event every 7 days
