ProgressBar Max value attribute

Is there a way we can set the Max value to the Progress bar? As of now it is taking only 100.

But if we have to use this for a timer progress bar then we might have to set it to some predefined value.

For example, if i have to use this module for as the timer progress module. Where in i give the MAX value as 15s / 30s etc.
