Update utils.py

Bose discontinued INTERNET_RADIO and moved everything radio-related to a new source called "TUNEIN". The library can't properly control what's to be played without this addition.

If I'm able to assist in merging and updating the packages on pypi, I'll happily do. Just let me know how to help to get this quickly updated :)

Please merge this Pull Request and release a 0.8.1 version op libsoundtouch. I am also waiting for this fix.
