AIM: "Failed to load data:" inside Charcoal HQ chat

Recently whenever I first load the Charcoal HQ chat room, if I have the Autoflagging Information & More userscript enabled, I get this message appearing at the top of the chat window.

"Failed to load data:" in a popover.

Notably, nothing about what failed to load. That's the whole popover.

This is my browser console (Chrome 58, Windows 10) just after Charcoal HQ finishes loading: chrome_2017-06-06_11-26-08

The error in the console there shows up before the popover does.

CalvT suggested that this issue may be caused by the same question being reported more than once.

I can confirm that now that the transcript's moved on, the same error doesn't occur.

I often get this on loading the Charcoal chat, a refresh fixes it. The error message I got this morning was:

WebSocket connection to 'wss://metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/cable' failed: WebSocket is closed before the connection is established.

@CalvT At the time I reported this, I was able to refresh and reliably see this message show up on every single refresh.
