"Still up" dashboard

Please collect a dashboard of flagged posts (perhaps with at least one TP and no FP? or filtering options to drill down depending on feedback or lack of same) which have not yet been deleted or otherwise dismissed.

my proposal at the time [was] to create a separate dashboard on metasmoke for these posts, but perhaps it would be enough, or even a better solution, if the review queue would prioritize posts which are still up, and encourage reviewers to also flag them

Or maybe Smokey could periodically remind us which posts are up. Recently I have also been toying with the idea of adapting the URRS userscript from SOCVR for this purpose.
