WDS Disconnected!

When I run this up my website loads up first on https://localhost:44368/

A few seconds later I get another 2 windows appear on ports that vary.

WDS starts up on the first window then dies - It continues to work on the other 2 windows but, as the other 2 windows are a different domain my app cannot authenticate with my API - Am I missing something here because if WDS connected fine to the main URL I'd be laughing
