Compression and bandwidth in the UI

Future plans: ~~Bandwidth statistics like (max, avg)~~

~~Probably going to be under a new tab named Stream with the stream divisor~~

Change of plans since compression can (and prob should) be changed by adding ?compression=XX in the camera stream URL Compression slider wont be added, FPS limiting and Stream Resolution will be added in the input tab, no Stream tab will be added
