Libraries table display on mobile devices

The libraries table might not display properly on mobile devices and might require the device to be rotated into desktop mode. For the time being, there is no plan to fix this behaviour as it is a minor problem. Users can scroll to the side to select the libraries they desire.

Note: If anyone is willing to propose a permanent fix for this in line with the responsive nature of the redesigned UI, please inform me.
