Quiet (BFU) mode in Settings

Would be great to have options to enable quiet mode which will don't open confirmation dialog and will automatically denied all not explicitly permitted application to get root rights.

Superuser 3.0 already has this feature. It's called "Automatic response" and you can select Prompt, Deny, or Allow, defaults to Prompt.

Sorry. I don't check dev branch. Now I have latest build from github, only problem is not working SU binary download. Because no manifest URL with dev version, exist somewhere latest compiled binary please?

Now download manifest working, all works ok, but after update I still have old version.
