support echarts element
Hi, wondering if this is still being worked on as interested to also integrate echarts in chainlit. @enumz
willydouhard I could also benefit greatly from this, as we have a more "hacky" solution working for echarts using a custom react frontend :-)

We're finally getting down to catch up, sorry it took such a long time!
I noticed the PR's description is empty. Could you please describe what this feature is and what use cases it addresses?
In addition, we'd like you to resolve any pending merge conflicts?
