Mark as read - If screen on - missed phonecall

OK, it is BUG. When "if screen on"is turned on missed call notification does not show (when receiving missed call, screen was turned off, then showed that someone is calling, after that screen turned off but HL notiffication did not appear.) When "if screen on" is turned on, HL notification is working, but it is annoying to receive notification when you are on the phone...this BUG was repeated n 2 phones (both S10e, andr11, one 3.1. HL 1.0) Other HL notifications are working even when "if screen on" is turned of, only missed calls is not working...

Perhaps this is due to the call turning on the screen (and keeping it on a second or so after notification appears) ?
