Enable ERC1155 button in the Demo Scene

Summary Test the logic behind the ERC1155 transfers and enable the demo button in the Demo Scene.

Suggested features or ways to address the summary Wire up all the code delivered via the previous SygmaClient PRs, test it, and make sure it is possible to make ERC1155 bridging transaction.

Motivation This one is separated so testing of the Bridging functionality would not take time and size of the preparation PRs.

Acceptance Criteria ERC1155 button in the Demo Scene is enabled and working.

Blockers Resolving this issue would not be possible till appropriate ERC1155 handlers are deployed to the testnets.
