Kebab menu misalignment on folder

Describe the bug Folders within ChainSafe buckets do not have CID's displayed, this causes the kebab menu icon to be misaligned (see screenshot)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a folder within a ChainSafe bucket
