Add functionality to be able to create a folder when a file is being moved

Description Sometimes when I need to move a file, I realize that I want to do it in a new folder, so I need to cancel the modal, create the folder and then go to "Move to..." again.

The idea is to add a button "New folder" (if is only the icon is enough) inside the "Move to..." modal to be able to create a new folder when we are moving a file.

Additional functionalities It will be nice that after the creation of the new folder, that folder is selected to be where the file will be moved (inside of "Move to..." modal)
