Add electra to simpleserialize.com

In reference to ACDE #197, there seems to be enough consensus that Electra SSZ containers will not change as the feature set is frozen as of devnet-4. We should now be able to update simpleserialize.com to the benefit of all users now that https://github.com/ChainSafe/lodestar/pull/7094 has been merged.
