investigate: the benchmark diff in lodestar's ssz state hashing compared with lighthouse

Lodestar's 64 bytes hashing is similar performance to lighthouse while the ssz full state hashing has different outcomes with lighthouse doing much better. Investigate and chart the course to bring lodestar upto speed.
