[bun] asyncAggregateWithRandomness performance issue

Describe the bug

this is on 2 nodes subscribe to all subnets

• with nodejs, it's average time is ~7ms

• with bun, it's ~ 7x slower

Expected behavior

• right now we use napi so bun does not have a good adventage there, may need to consider using bun:ffi without async instead
