On contabo-14 receives block 2762738 0.5s after the slot starts

Expected behavior

• contabo-20 should receives gossip block 0.5s after the slot start
• since contabo-20 has >= 6 mesh peers in gossip_block topic, it's likely we have performance issues or I/O lag in gossipsub library
