Consider renaming EpochContext to EpochCache

Context is a very generic word, and EpochCache fits more with our StateCache wording. EpochProcess is also quite vague and could use some more specific naming but I have not suggestion

Maybe EpochContect -> EpochCache EpochProcess -> EpochEphemeralCache
