Feature request - Does CASA do explainers/blogposts? Should CASA give guidance on how SIWE, ReCaps, UCANs, and other delegation systems compare/translate?

@oed proposed this after discussing ReCaps and UCANs in Brussels with @pedrouid . i'm curious if @hmalik88 (or anyone closer to the MM delegation language project) or @obstropolos or @ligi have opinions as well. If i hear from no one I'll throw a blog post up on the alliance. website next week anyways, so feel free to speak up if you think it's a bad idea but have no great counterproposal.
