Improve Hunter Page

  • [x] Include Playbook Name and Description

The Hunter's page should show the playbook.

Clicking on the playbook sends you to the playbook page, but when you click "Back" from there, it takes you to the playbooks list instead of back to the hunter page you started at.

@returnh That's intended functionality, but I can see how the labeling is confusing. Maybe we should make an issue replacing instances of "Back" with "All Hunters"? Or whatever the particular resource is.
