add NTSCK support

I believe this would be a matter of porting the 80 or so addresses to create rmck.ld, which would look similar to rmcp.ld in the root directory. I don't have a copy of RMCK, and don't consider this a priority so can't/won't do it myself, but I'd welcome someone else doing it.
